Open A Managed Investments Account

1. Complete online account forms. Please ensure that the question on the first page, "Is this a managed account?" is check marked Yes.
2. Read and sign each CTAs Disclosure Document and / or Managed Forex agreement and any other applicable management agreement. To request Disclosure Documents for any CTA or Managed Forex agreements please e-mail customer service at service@jgafinancials.com or call 1-513-448-0200.
3. If you choose multiple CTAs or Managed Forex programs you will need to complete the additional account request form.
4. Upon review of the completed documentation we will assign you an account number for each manager selected.
5. Wiring instructions will then be forwarded to you in order to fund your account
6. When the account is funded we will notify the CTA or the Managed Forex program advisor that they can commence trading for that account.
